If you're a tenant in a property that we do manage, you can report non-urgent repairs by clicking the "report a repair" button on this page. This is the only way to report non-urgent repairs - please don't telephone or email us!
If you have an emergency issue (i.e. one that presents an immediate danger to your safety, or to the integrity of the building, don't use the online reporting tool. Instead please follow the guidance below:
For non-gas related emergencies during normal office hours Mon-Fri please call 020 3907 6303 (this includes the non-bank holiday days between Christmas and New Year).
For non-gas related emergencies after 5.30pm and before 9am, at weekends, and on bank holidays please call our out of hours number on 020 3764 5570
• If you have a gas escape issue, first shut the gas supply off at the meter, open windows, do not use naked flames or operate light switches, and call the Gas Emergency Number - 0800 111 999 and then call us on the appropriate emergency number above.
• If your carbon monoxide alarm goes off briefly, and everyone in the property is alert and conscious, open windows to ventilate and replace the batteries in your alarm, and then re-test the unit. In all other circumstances, you should assume that the alarm sounding is an emergency, evacuate the premises and then call the Gas Emergency Number - 0800 111 999. Then call us on the appropriate emergency number above.
• If your emergency is a dangerous electrical issue, or uncontrolled escape of water, please isolate the supply at your electrical consumer unit or water internal isolation valve (often under the sink) or external valve (usually in the street) and then call us on the appropriate emergency number above.
